1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling will not be eligible for return.

You received the wrong item

You are not satisfied with the product

4. Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued:

To the original payment method, or

Via bank transfer/UPI (for Cash on Delivery orders)

Refund processing time: 3–7 business days

5. Non-Returnable Items

Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)

Products without original packaging

Items returned after the 7-day period

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment only

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
